There are so many tiny steps and details that you have no idea even existed. Alicia was SO patient with not only my million questions about everything but also my million emails saying, "what about do you know about this house?", "let's see this one.", and "wait what? I'm confused." She explained everything in detail and made sure that everything was going according to plan and staying on track. Alicia looked through every house thoroughly not just stating the good things in order to sell a house quickly but also pointing out the bad, so we knew what we were getting into. Although this was a stressful experience it was also delightful and I'm beyond happy we had Alicia's help the entire way through.
